SHREKNET FILES - LONDON 2001
A who's who for Blood on the Thames. We've aimed to keep this as spoiler free as possible. Characters are described as they first appear in the chronicle.
COTERIE
Jim Roy Woods (Gangrel) - The stoic guardian of the coterie, Jim first comes to London in search of his sire. A loner by nature, he does not relish being forced to live with three other vampires.
Katia Stern (Tremere) - As the most unimpressed member of the coterie, Katia can often be found reading books, playing video games or catching spiders. She hopes to modernise Clan Tremere and build bridges to other clans.
Benjamin Green (Malkavian) - A bag of nerves in the form of a vampire, Benjamin is new to everything. He is also scared of everything. An up and coming artist, working for the wonderful Edmund St-Clare.
Moses (Nosferatu) - The reluctant problem solver of the coterie. Brought over from America to help with Shreknet, Moses is a dancing, fun loving, sociable type, which is unfortunate given his face.
SIRES
Alisha (Gangrel) - A bad ass who has gone toe to toe with a werewolf and lived to tell the tale. After beating the minimum required education into Jim, she abandoned him to his own devices.
Oliver Whitlock (Tremere) - A politically ambitious vampire, seeking to become the new Tremere Primogen, Oliver has high expectations and very little praise for Katia. He also has a talent for ruining people’s days.
Edmund St-Clare (Malkavian) - A wonderful, wonderful man. Some people will tell you he is scary. Some people will tell you to keep your distance, but they just haven’t got to know the real Edmund. He is the patron to several artists and has a rivalry with Michael Chase.
The Alderman (Nosferatu) - Moses doesn’t talk about his sire. He’s pretty scary.
ALLIES
Alice (Brujah) - A bike riding, tough as nails, no nonsense kind of girl. For some reason she puts up with Moses.
Agnes (Nosferatu) - Antisocial, scarred and somewhat traumatised, this visitor to London brings trouble in her wake.
Will Pryce - Balancing life as a student and ghoul of Katia is a challenge for Will, especially given the unorthodox relationship with her domitor.
Sabine Wicke (Tremere) - A smooth operating, socially able Tremere, who is also competing to be the next Primogen. Sabine offers the guidance to Katia that Oliver has not.
Carrion (Nosferatu) - Also known as Sexypearl68, Carrion seems to be fond of Moses. Only time will tell if this is a good or bad thing.
Danielle (Malkavian) - An empath and friend to Benjamin. Though she seems benevolent, this Malkavian has history with the wonderful Edmund St-Clare, and may not see eye to eye on all things.
Thimble (Nosferatu) - A keen photographer and wearer of phalanges, Thimble is harmless except for when he’s causing harm.
Foggy - He’s a fox. He’s a ghoul. He’s a fox who’s a ghoul. He’s also a fox who behaves like a doggy. So Foggy.
CONCLAVE
Prince Emrys (Ventrue) - Ancient and scary, the Prince of London keeps firmly to the traditions and rules with an iron fist.
Constable Jaqueline (Gangrel) - It’s always the quiet ones. Jaqueline knows you’re there and she will snap your neck if she doesn’t like you. Spoiler: she doesn’t like you.
Michael Chase (Toreador) - The voice of the Primogen Council and self appointed Harpy of London, Michael chase is one of the most powerful kindred in the city. His mask of humanity is pleasant but something sinister lurks beneath it.
Plucky Jake (Nosferatu) - Plucky Jake is the Nosferatu Primogen. He hates being Primogen and he hates having to answer to the prince. The Coterie’s reluctant grumpy uncle.
Edward Colbere (Malkavian) - Little is known about the Malkavian Primogen.
Elizabeth Addington (Ventrue) - An elder vampire, there is some kind of understanding between her and Victoria Talbot.
Corwin (Gangrel) - Disapproves of formal dress, and possibly of Michael Chase. He speaks even less than the Constable.
Victoria Talbot (Tremere) - The Regent is an ancient kindred in a young body, but what she lacks in physical size she makes up for in giant gargoyles! Yes, that’s right, giant gargoyles. Bad. Ass.
ANARCHS
Deacon Rhodes (Brujah) - The leader of London’s Anarch’s, Deacon knows the tides are turning. He’s just waiting for the right time.
Karl Meyer (Brujah) - Big tough Brujah who backs Deacon.
Paul Difford (Brujah) - Small tough Brujah who backs Deacon.
Sebastian Coley (Brujah) - Alice’s sire, and probably a bad ass. He wears a tench coat I think? Anyway, definitely a bad ass.
Tyler Addams (Ventrue) - The rarest of things, a Ventrue with a heart. Currently under blood hunt for aiding the Thin Bloods.
SABBAT
Hairy Nosferatu - He’s a Nosferatu and he does not like animals.
Scary Nosferatu - He's looking for a friend and will kill to find them. Can only assume he does not like dancing or having fun.
Spiky Nosferatu - Even for a Nosferatu something is wrong with this guy. Do not hug.
One eyed guy with fancy cane - ‘Where is Vehement.’
His bespectacled assistant - *Brings small object wrapped in leather and puts it in front of you*
Vehment (Tzimisce) - ‘Where am I?’
THIN-BLOODS
Chris Young - He’s big, he’s bad, and he’s isn’t happy with the diplomatic skills of the coterie
Crispy Thin Blood- Remember kids, don’t play with fire.
KINE
Julia Mirovski - The knife wielding, slipper stealing proprietor of the Crossed Hands is arguably far scarier than the Vampires that live there.
Lucy - While most little girls would be terrified of Moses in his true form, Lucy invites him in for tea.
Sarah - Jim’s sister thinks he’s dead. Jim wants to keep it that way.
Amelia - Assistant to the wonderful Edmund St-Clare. She has some interesting scars. I think one of them’s new. Not to worry, I’m sure it’s all fine.
Abigail Jenkins - A young artist who has come to the attention of the wonderful Edmund St-Clare. She has a cat called Fagan.
Mr Patton - An investigator who is on good terms with Jim Roy Woods.
DS James - DS James knows Jim and wishes that he didn’t.
Kelly Cardwell - Benjamin’s long suffering sister. She works as a Doctor and is currently looking after a newborn.
Richard Whitman - A police detective determined to learn what happened to his daughter.
Darren Fitcher - A thug who has just been evicted from the Crossed Hands. I’m sure there’s no hard feelings.
Maisy Fitcher - Darren’s daughter.
WTF?
Graham McEwann - Bearded werewolf with an unhealthy interest in certain members of the coterie.
Amy - Shaven headed werewolf with frightening ability to see obfuscated vampires.
The Smiling Man - Mysterious neighbour to the coterie who secretly runs Kings College Hospital.
The Ghost of the Crossed Hands - When the chronicle begins, the coterie don’t realise they have one more house mate. This is especially bad for Moses.
That scary thing that Benjamin saw in the tunnels - Probably. Maybe. Or maybe he imagined it.
Rusty Joe - The last thing that people who’ve upset Plucky Jake ever see. If the Nosferatu Primogen can’t get his message through your thick skull, Rusty Joe will.
