The 1962 Memoriam has come to a close and what a session it was! Big thanks to Cedar, Kirstie, Xan and Mitch for making such a wonderfully dysfunctional Toreador family. And a second big thanks to Cedar for the work she did for us with these character portraits of Lyona, Marjorie, Chester and Sir Thomas.
After the session, Cedar and Kirstie were inspired to create more art for us. Like this:
And this!
And THIS!
AND THIS!
This makes us so happy! I should add that all of the art from the Severn one shots and the Tamesis one shots are now up for you to enjoy over on Edmund's Gallery.
Now that the Memoriam sessions have come to a close I want to say how delighted we were with how they turned out. The players all committed hard to their characters and came with such respect for each other and the chronicle, and it really shone through. Though we are living in strange times, this closer work with our community has been one of the silver linings of it all. We've also been proud to commission some of the incredibly talented artists in the community to produce art for our sessions. Both ventures have been so positive that we have plans to do more in the future, even after lockdown. To keep appraised of what's going on*, don't forget to join our Discord. Peter also wants to add a special thank you to Mitch, who endured many, many long talks with him about the Tamesis Memoriam sessions, and did such a good job bringing Sir Thomas to (un)life.
On the subject of doing more work with you all, Tidus is about to run A Manchester Requiem with guest players from the community. ICYMI The first two character preludes are already up. Click on the links to enjoy:
Kit's prelude will be out tonight at 7pm (UK time)!
Hope to see you all on Monday, 7pm UK time on Twitch for the first episode.
*And hang out with all the coolest ghouls.
